IT'S THAT EASY! Let us take care of it from here. For wage earners, the following documents are required: W-2s (past two years), most recent pay stub, and most recent bank statement. For the self employed, tax returns (past two years), corporate/partnership returns (if applicable), year to date profit and loss, and most recent bank statement. Additional information may be requested depending upon your credit profile. IF YOUR INCOME IS DIFFICULT TO DOCUMENT, then ask us about our "Stated" or "NO DOC" programs! |
